It is a restaurant complex , consists of a lower basement used as a car park another basement on a total built area of 4000 m2 used as a full equipped central kitchen and ground floor level with total height of 11 meter contained on 10 numbers of differentiated shops. The project is served by a fire protection system ventilation system for basements , air conditioning facilities, cold stores for central kitchen , central gas system for hot kitchen,all plumbing and electrical services.
