Five Guys Restaurant
The most famous burger and fries chain and Obama’s favorite burger, Five Guys started first branch in 2016 at Sharq district and sequentially followed up more five branches at Salmiya, Shewaikh, Mahboula, Al-Kout and Al-Jahra.
We undertook all fixed and built in timber works and it was fun and pleasure.
Cinescape Al-Kout Mall
One of the most unique building types is cinema, latest Cinescape project located at Al-Kout Mall, the project difficulties and complexity as well as tight timeline were real challenging, 9 various halls with 1586 seats to serve 35000 spectator weakly, different materials with diverse methods of installation, ceiling, cladding and concession counters, as well as several architectural solutions.
Private Chalets
One of our giant tasks was to complete the joinery works for 17 chalets in three big buildings 2 floors each , private family chalets by the sea side with very precise finishes, more than 400 m2 of cabinets and 200 fabulous doors with many furniture pieces and
decorative oak wood cladding used in a very contemporary way
kept the warm feeling of oak though in white color.
Al-Rawdan Private Villa
A private residence of three floors contains standerd doors, hinged , sliding and pivot ones, Teak cladding, as well as architectural treatments with wood and some pieces of furniture and cupboards.
MMC Offices – Letter Tower
Main office of MMC Catering located in 3 consecutive floors with total area of720 m2 including meeting room, IT room, storage room,kitchen, toilets and archive room

Oxygen Health Club – Sabah Al-Salem
The most famous health club with it’s brutal and industrial theme interior design , one of our most challenging projects to fulfill the desire of both designer and owner, we undertook the cladding works, wooden floors, mirrors special features and fixed furniture as well as counters and other architectural treatments and interior decoration.
Oxygen Health Club – Jabriya
The Famous Health Club in Jabriya , located by the 4th ring road on area of 1000 m2 foot print and about 3000 m2 built up area , it was one of our biggest challenges to achieve the dream of both the designer and the owner, to create a brutal rough and industrial look of the spaces that would create the body building champs.
